Karen has been appealing property taxes since 2008. She manages all the necessary filings and pleadings with the Michigan Tax Tribunal in Lansing. Communicates with community assessors, appraisers, and attorneys to negotiate settlements.

Responsible for the maintenance of property tax appeals with the Michigan Tax Tribunal
Management of all incoming and outgoing correspondence of all clients, communities and tax courts throughout the State of Michigan

Certified State Assessors, City Attorneys, and Clients
Responsible for remaining informed of changes to the Rules of Practice and Procedure as published by the Department of Labor & Economic Growth/Michigan Tax Tribunal
